Registration Desk
The Registration Desk opens on Monday, at 9:45. Please check-in early, and collect your badge there.
To reach the Registration Desk, enter the main building of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, go left, and take the stairs down. At the end of the stairs, walk straigh ahead to the registration area.

All lunches and coffee breaks, as well as the conference dinner, are included in the registration (see details in the corresponding section below).

Wi-Fi
QCMC will have two dedicated Wi-Fi networks at Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian (FCG):

Posters
Please find the session and room for your poster in the Programme Booklet.
There is one board per poster. You can freely choose in which board to put your poster. There will be double-sided tape available in the room to attach your poster to the board.
The rooms for the poster sessions will open at the start of the conference each day:
The maximum size for the posters is A0.
Shops (unaffiliated to QCMC) providing local printing for posters include: ZoomCópia, Let's copy (e.g., at Atrium Saldanha).

- Please put your poster in the board of your choice at any time during the day, ahead of the poster session, i.e. at the latest during the afternoon coffee break.

The conference room will be used at half capacity, so a distance can be kept between seats: please respect social distancing etiquette.
